The office is conveniently located on the north side of Indianapolis near the intersection of Keystone Avenue and 86th Street.

Please wait in the lobby of the suite when you arrive for your appointment and a therapist will come out to get you. Also note that the doors to the building lock at 6:00pm, so the therapist will be watching for you to let you in.

Construction Notice

Please note that the Indiana Dept of Transportation is currently completing construction work on the I-465/Keystone Ave interchange. As a result, they will be closing different parts of the exit and entrance ramps. Please visit the INDOT site for details on whether you will be affected. Note that these ramp closures will impact the directions given below.

Directions

From the North
  1. Exit I-465 at Keystone Ave.
  2. Turn south onto Keystone Ave towards 86th Street.
  3. Continue south past 86th street (Keystone Crossing will be on your left).
  4. Turn right onto Woodfield Crossing Blvd.
  5. Turn right again at 8425 shortly after turning onto Woodfield Crossing.
  6. Follow the drive around to the front of the building.
  7. Once inside, Suite 100 is across the atrium on the right.
From Downtown Indianapolis or other city interior
  1. Go north on Keystone Ave (same as Rural St south of I-70 interchange)
  2. Turn left onto Woodfield Crossing Blvd.
  3. Turn right again at 8425 shortly after turning onto Woodfield Crossing.
  4. Follow the drive around to the front of the building.
  5. Once inside, Suite 100 is across the atrium on the right.
